Happiness & soul improvement

To become happy at first we need to be mentally strong. Now the question is that this strength differs from person to person. Why? I have asked myself thousand times. May be this is due to genetic influence. But this strength can be gained by meditation. Each and everyday when we start our day just utter "This is my day. Everything will be in my favor. I will succeed." It may add some potential. Before going to bed at night a 5 min practice of meditation may yield an excellent result. Just close your eyes, take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Start to imagine a bright point or a flame glowing in-between your eyebrows. Just think that you are
in a dark black tunnel and you are in search of light. Go ahead on. Try to see a flame in the total darkness. This will make you relaxed.

In our practical life we have to maintain some ethics. Just do your work with utmost care, don't pay attention to others, concentrate on your work only. Don't be indulged in gossips. Be robust and strong in mind. If you can, help some downtrodden people. Earning money is good but it is better to save money for future. Help people as per your capacity. Don't go beyond capacity. Always speak the truth. If possible never tell a lie. And talk little. If you can, keep mum for the whole day. Sound is energy. Making sound results a big loss in energy. So talk little.

You can't control birth, marriage and death. But we can control the flow of other events in our life. Practically speaking you don't need a "Guru" from whom you take "Diksha". At first judge your would be "Guru". Since you are going to take shelter under Him, for that you need to be sure. Once you consider Him to be yours "Guru" you can never suspect Him. You can't do that. If you do so, you may experience problems. Again keep it in your mind that everything is pre-destined.

Don't run your sail to the stream. If you have complete faith on GOD, you don't need a so called "Guru".

Worship Lord "Shiva" and "Adyasakti". They are Supremo. Call Them. But the first and formost thing is that you need to be pure by heart. Your purity makes a bridge between you and and the Supremo.
